White:

2010 Verdelho Voignier Early Harvest:  A low alcohol wine, the ferment was stopped before reaching dryness, leaving a soft fruity wine with balanced acid and sweetness.  I has aromas of star jasmine and citrus blossom with undertones of pear, white peach and apricot.  The seamless palate has an initial sweetness but is balance with natural acid.  The floral and stone fruit flavours follow through on the palate.  Very easy to drink!  Enjoy Responsibly.  Vegan and  vegetarian friendly. 9.8%

2010 Verdelho:  Very intense aromas of tropical fruit including red papaya, guava, and banana.  The medium weight palate is rich and smooth with acid balanced by the abundant tropical fruit flavours.  The finish is soft and mouth filling and is of medium length with a slight minerality.  WOW!  Vegan and  vegetarian friendly.13.5%

2009 Verdelho: SOLD OUT
A wonderful example of the variety. The palate is crisp and light but also rounded from the alcohol with flavours of tropical fruit.  14% alcohol 8.3 standard drinks.

Red:

2009  Shiraz Merlot Cabernet:  Intense complex aromas of dried herbs, cigar box, dark fruits, and spice.  The medium/full bodied wine is well balanced with the fruit flavours dominating and oak well integrated in the background.  The palate is of medium length and finishes with slightly grippy tannins.  This wine will develop further complexity with bottle age, and has the potential to cellar for up to 5 years.  Vegan and  vegetarian friendly. 12.8%
