2011 Verdelho: Verdelho is a grape variety that is quickly gaining popularity in Australia. Red:

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon:  With a deep red colour, the nose of this wine exhibits berries and cassis underlined by a dusting of oak. 2010Shiraz:  Shiraz is the workhorse of the Australian red wine industry and it stands up to the task well. Regional expression is what shiraz is all about and this wine exhibits all the characters of the rocky soil it has been grown in. 2011 Viognier/Chardonnay: While it may be considered an unusual blend, these two varieties are perfectly suited to a union. The stone fruit characters of chardonnay are complemented by the cashew and apricot elements of  Viognier (pronounced vee-on-yay) to produce a full bodied and unwooded wine that is chock-a-block with flavour.
